Structuring Capital for International Implementation

International Project Finance

Strong international projects need a sound financial structure. AuxBridge coordinates medium- and long-term financing for technology, infrastructure, industrial and equipment projects, working with export credit agencies, banks, private equity firms, major investors and specialist financial advisers.

From a Strong Project to a Financeable Project

Financing should be considered from the beginning—not after the technical solution and commercial contract have already been finalized.

We assess the project’s commercial model, budget, participants, suppliers, buyer, country risks, repayment capacity, implementation schedule, and contractual structure. We then develop a financing strategy that supports successful implementation and long-term financial sustainability.

Our Financing Network

Export Credit Agency–Supported Finance

We work with export credit agencies and government-backed guarantee programs. Depending on the project, relevant institutions and schemes may include Hermes Cover, SACE, CESCE, Bpifrance Assurance Export, Finnvera, Atradius Dutch State Business, and ASHRA.

Subject to eligibility, export origin, destination, participating suppliers, and project structure, these mechanisms can mitigate political and commercial risks and support medium- and long-term financing.

Banks and Structured-Finance Institutions

We coordinate with commercial banks, export-finance departments, investment banks, leasing companies, and structured-finance institutions to develop financing solutions appropriate to the project.

Private Equity and Strategic Investors

For projects requiring equity—either independently or in combination with debt—we engage with private equity firms, strategic investors, family offices, infrastructure investors, and industry partners.

Specialist Financial Intermediaries

We work with established international financial brokers and professional advisers specializing in export finance, project finance, credit insurance, guarantees, and cross-border transactions.

Financial Solutions

Depending on the project, the financial structure may include:

  • Medium- and long-term buyer or supplier credit
  • Equipment and machinery financing
  • Export credit insurance and government-backed guarantees
  • Project and structured finance
  • Private equity and strategic investment
  • Trade finance, letters of credit, and contractual guarantees
  • Leasing and asset-backed financing
  • Governmental, international, or blended-finance programs
