Capital for Hardware-Enabled Growth

AuxBridge Venture Capital

AuxBridge invests in Series A & Series B companies combining defensible technology with a meaningful hardware component. We focus on validated solutions ready for industrial scaling, international commercialization and measurable growth, providing capital and support in manufacturing, partnerships and market expansion.

Our Investment Focus

We invest in growth-stage technology companies where hardware is an essential part of the solution—not simply an accessory to a software product.

Our preferred companies have developed and validated their technology, demonstrated a clear market need, and established initial commercial traction through customers, revenues, strategic partnerships, or successful pilot projects.

We are particularly interested in businesses that require capital and international capabilities to:

  • Scale manufacturing and supply chains
  • Complete product development and certification
  • Expand commercial operations
  • Enter new international markets
  • Establish strategic industrial partnerships
  • Strengthen sales and distribution capabilities
  • Prepare for the next stage of growth

We are not primarily focused on early ideas, research concepts, or technologies that have not yet reached technical validation.

More Than Capital

More Than Capital

More Than Capital

Hardware companies face challenges that are different from those of software-only startups. Scaling requires effective manufacturing, reliable suppliers, quality control, certification, logistics, working capital, and access to international customers.

Our involvement may include:

  • Strategic and commercial guidance
  • Manufacturing and supply-chain development
  • International market-entry planning
  • Access to industrial and implementation partners
  • Business-model and financial-structure development
  • Support with pilot and demonstration projects
  • Assistance with strategic partnerships
  • Preparation for future investment rounds

Our objective is to help portfolio companies transform validated technologies into scalable international businesses.

Venture Capital and Mini-Exit™

AuxBridge Venture Capital focuses on investing in companies and supporting their overall growth.

Our Mini-Exit™ model is a separate commercial option through which AuxBridge may acquire limited territorial commercialization and production rights while the technology owner retains its company, equity, core intellectual property, and rights outside the agreed territory.

Depending on the company’s objectives, we may evaluate either model independently.
